Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains the personal data National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP) processes, how NICP processes it, and for what purposes.
This statement (“Statement”) explains what data and information we collect, how and why we collect it, and how we store, use, disclose, and keep information about you and your interactions with us secure. These interactions include when you use our websites, when you register or attend any NICP event, webinar, business matching, trade show, marketing activities, download documents, report or other digital assets, register and participate in our online community like using our online forms, forums, social media, online webinars and training.

The NICP shall implement the necessary security measures to protect the member, visitors and participant’s data. The data provided by the data subject of NICP can only be accessed by authorized personnel of the NICP . The NICP shall ensure that Data collected by this website, is anonymised. The NICP have ensured that data collected by this event cannot be altered or changed.

- ICT Council Name, Contact Person, Email, and Mobile number, Alternate Contact, Alternate Contact Email, Alternate Contact Mobile Number, SEC or Executive Order creating your ICT Council
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
