Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains the personal data National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP) processes, how NICP processes it, and for what purposes.

These interactions include when you use our websites, when you register or attend any NICP event, webinar, business matching, trade show, marketing activities, download documents, report or other digital assets, register and participate in our online community like using our online forms, forums, social media, online webinars and training.

The data provided by the data subject of NICP can only be accessed by authorized personnel of the NICP . The NICP shall ensure that Data collected by this website, is anonymised. The NICP have ensured that data collected by this event cannot be altered or changed.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media

The participant’s information will not be disclosed to any private organization and other websites. The participant’s consent will be asked whenever their personally identifiable information will be used for other purposes not mentioned above.
Data collected by the website and its survey shall be aggregated and retained for future reference. Sensitive personal information shall only be used to the extent of the objectives of this NICP event.
Access and Correction
Participants have the right to request for their personal information in the possession of the NICP to request corrections if there are any errors. To do so, they may send their concerns via email to info@nicp.org.ph
