Founded in 2008, NICP serves as the confederation of local ICT councils, connecting regions and driving a unified national agenda for digital transformation and innovation.

National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP) shall be the premier and unifying catalyst for ICT innovation, driving sustainable economic growth and digital transformation across the Philippine countryside.

MISSION

To drive digital transformation, foster strategic investments, and share global best practices across the countryside by empowering local government units, the academe, and businesses through our network of ICT councils.

First National Summit

DICT Act Passed

RA 10844 formalizes the DICT and strengthens the role of regional ICT councils.

Digital Awards

NICP members were recognized at the Digital Governance Awards for excellence in local ICT solutions.

MAGIC Framework

Formal adoption of the Making Academic, Government, and Industry Collaborate framework.
