Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payment
  • Advance Payment: To secure a slot in the training program, full payment of the registration fee must be settled before the commencement of the session.

  • Limited Capacity: Slots are allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis and are subject to availability.

  • Government Payment Clause: In recognition of the administrative and budgetary processes inherent to government agencies, NICP Academy may allow for deferred payment or post-training settlement for authorized government delegates. To avail of this flexibility, such participants must submit an official Letter of Intent (LOI) duly signed by the agency head or authorized representative at least five (5) business days before the training.

  • Full Participation: Participants are required to attend the entire duration of the training program to maximize learning outcomes.

  • Attendance Logs: Participants must sign the official attendance sheet for every session to validate their presence.

Criteria for Issuance: Certificates of Completion shall be granted only to participants who have met the minimum attendance requirement and successfully complied with all course assessments or hands-on activities.

  • Force Majeure: NICP Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to Force Majeure (unforeseen or fortuitous events such as natural disasters or civil disturbances) or if the minimum participant threshold is not reached.

  • Refund Process: In the event of a cancellation initiated by the Academy, all prepaid fees shall be fully refunded. For participant-initiated cancellations, a notice must be provided within a specified period; otherwise, fees may be forfeited or credited toward future sessions.

Right to Modify: The Academy reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the schedule, assigned trainers, or venue to ensure the quality of training delivery. Notice of such changes will be communicated to registered participants at the earliest possible opportunity.

  • Personal Responsibility: While NICP Academy ensures a safe learning environment, participants shall remain solely responsible for their personal safety and the security of their belongings throughout the duration of the training.

  • Indemnification: The Academy shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring within the training premises, except those arising from gross negligence on the part of the organizers.
