Biography
Rahel Podobsky-Stucki is a Swiss-Filipina advocate for Digital Inclusion, Digital Safety, and Digital Literacies, known for a systems-thinking approach that links research, policy, and grassroots action. As Founder and President of BANTAYnet Training and Education Inc., she has reached over 300,000 people through campaigns and training on scam prevention, misinformation, and online safety. A certified Master Trainer for the ASEAN Foundation's AI Ready ASEAN Programme, backed by Google.org, she has trained almost 14,500 Filipinos in safe AI use across Central and Eastern Visayas. She holds an MSc in Digital Political Communication from the University of London and is an ICT Champion of Bohol. Rahel firmly believes that online safety and digital literacy are basic rights, not privileges.
