Biography
Suzel Lim is the Head of SME and Consumer Segment Marketing at Eastern Communications, the Philippine telecommunications and ICT provider. She leads the company’s marketing for small and medium enterprises and consumers, and has become its voice on supporting SMEs outside Metro Manila. In May 2026 she represented Eastern Communications at the 35th Visayas Area Business Conference in Bacolod City, where she said that growing Visayas SMEs depends on meaningful collaboration among businesses, industry stakeholders and partners. In August 2026 she spoke at the 35th Mindanao Business Conference in Cagayan de Oro about how technology and ICT solutions help Mindanao’s SMEs adapt to a digital-first market.
