Michael Tiu-Lim is a business executive and ICT development leader from Zamboanga City, serving as Vice President of Business Development of Mega Prime Foods Inc./Mega Sardines and Vice President of the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP). He has previously served as NICP President and as President of the Zamboanga ICT Council. His work spans ICT development, digital transformation, connectivity, and regional economic development, with particular involvement in initiatives supporting digital inclusion and technology adoption in Mindanao and underserved communities.
