Biography
Catherine “Catz” Jalandoni is President of the Global AI Council Philippines and Country Director of the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) in the Philippines. She is an international events producer and consultant who specializes in advocacy-driven activations. She was Executive Director of the Global AI Council Philippines, an AI education advocacy formed to promote “AI for Good,” and in that role she took part in its Board of Trustees meeting at the Manila Tech Summit in August 2024. She also gave the accomplishments update at the council’s Advisors’ Meeting, hosted by PwC Philippines in Makati in June 2025. GFTN is the Singapore-based nonprofit, created by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, that works to build the global fintech ecosystem through collaboration among regulators, financial institutions and technology firms.
