Biography
Dr. Joslyn Canon is the Director I for Corporate Affairs – External Relations at Qualfon Philippines, Inc., the global business process outsourcing and customer experience company. She manages the company’s relationships with government, schools, industry groups and communities, and has worked in Qualfon’s Cebu operations for years, going back to at least 2018. In that earlier role, she was the company’s sourcing, marketing and community relations representative and promoted inclusive hiring, including the hiring of persons with disabilities. In 2026 she was named a nominee for the ICT Sector seat on the board of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI). She is a voice for the IT-BPM industry in Cebu.
