Event Overview: The 9th Convergence of Luzon ICT Champions Conference and Exhibit (ClickConEx) 2025 took place from April 3–5, 2025, in San Fernando, La Union. This annual event, organized by the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP), aims to foster collaboration among local governments, ICT professionals, and key stakeholders to advance digital transformation and economic growth.
