VICTOR 2025: 13th Visayas ICT Conference
This event aims to spotlight the Visayas region as a growing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) hub that significantly contributes to the country’s innovation ecosystem, digital talent development, and investment growth. It fosters collaboration among government units, private sector partners, and community leaders to build a future-ready, inclusive digital economy.

Theme: Advancing ICT, Investments, and Inclusive Innovation for a Future-Ready Philippines”
Objectives:
- Showcase Visayas as a center for Digital Innovation and Investment.
- Strengthen partnerships between local governments and ICT stakeholders.
- Promote inclusive innovation through community engagement and capacity building.
- Equip participants with practical digital skills and knowledge through workshops and discussion.
