The 18th National ICT Summit 2026 is the flagship annual gathering of the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP). The Summit convenes ICT councils, local government units (LGUs), national government agencies, industry leaders, academe, startups, and development partners to advance inclusive, secure, and future-ready digital transformation across the country.
Organized by NICP and hosted by the City Government of Tagum, the Summit is conducted in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA).
The event serves as a national platform for policy dialogue, capacity building, innovation exchange, and collaboration among stakeholders shaping the digital future of communities and local economies.
