The National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP) in partnership with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), in collaboration with Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Crayon Software Experts Philippines, and other stakeholders in government and private sectors. The Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Forum 2023 on 04 May 2023 at Widus Hotel, Clark, Pampanga.

The Ease of Doing Business Forum 2023, with the theme “Fostering Digitalization in Streamlining and Delivery of Public Services towards Economic Growth”, aims to promote various schemes that the LGUs may adopt in streamlining their government services through digitalizing their government services. Select national government agencies will present their recent initiatives on digitalization and there will be sharing of success stories on digital innovation of select local government units. Furthermore, it targets to identify initiatives of the National Government in streamlining of government transactions through digitalization, maximize the use of online platforms in business regulation and revenue collection, replicate the digital innovation of LGUs in the delivery of their government services, and identify areas of collaboration between local governments and private sector.

A total of 550 participants are expected to join in the event, composed of Local Chief Executives, Local Administrators, other local officials and functionaries, Select NGAs, Private Sector and NGOs.
